Our real estate strategy focuses on all real estate product types, including office, industrial, multifamily, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, land, and specialty properties in the growth markets of the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.  We have experience in all project states, including but not limited to ground-up development, value-add, stabilized, and distressed properties.  And we have the ability to deploy capital as equity, debt, mezzanine or a hybrid.

We have the size and flexibility to pursue deals we believe are attractive and that are not large enough for the major real estate funds, and we can act quickly when opportunities are uncovered or market cycles change.  Our size also allows our clients to discuss specific portfolio properties with the SharpVue team when questions arise or if they would like more in-depth discussions of our real estate strategy.
